On MOD's tenements the deposits don't have to be deep to avoid the oxide issue which, in part, led to the demise of DML. Due to the extensive Calcrete cap over this part of the KCB the deposits are sulphide and have not oxidized ... it is also why the mineralization has not been discovered before (low soil sample results).

In addition, due to T3 and the numerous analogues along strike on Cupric Canyon's tenements investors shouldn't be too worried about depth, IMO. T3 and Cupric Canyon analogues show that these deposits are sizable once discovered/ drilled out and this means that these may be mineable as UG deposits feeding the T3 plant.

Importantly, because we know that T3 is viable (and very profitable!) all of these new discoveries within the Dome have a relatively low economic threshold to overcome to be viable as they don't need to cover the cost of a plant and associated infrastructure which a greenfield discovery would require.

This, IMO, means that the size/ grades can be lower for these new discoveries as the breakeven rates are that much lower.
