Jeez Gwaihir - you are becoming very depressing in your old age. I don't see any of your red flags - just lots of impatient investors.

My investing experience is that feasibility studies take some time (often years). Take RXM for example - they have been doing feasibilities on their SA copper project for over decade now. CYM on the other hand has only owned Nifty for 8 months and no doubt are very busy assessing all options available to them before locking in a development decision. They are also doing a good job keeping the market updated through presentations and webinars noting the limitations on what they can disclose.
