What gives ? You get the answers, which you apparently don't like, so you ask the question again in a longwinded form.
If you know about mining as you say, the heap leach process is a relatively simple operation, that's why they do it all across Asia and South America, hard to get really wrong just low grades. Nothing revolutionary there. It just depends on the input - ie oxide, transition, sulphide.
As a scientist you should know that metallurgy is just chemical cooking. Their IP is just their cookbook.
A few miners have patents on heap leach technology. I think BHP has done something recently. So nothing revolutionary there either. Dunno why you think there's a conspiracy there.
The point is, and as Barry has repeated, they don't have to use the serious IP until they get into the sulphide at Nifty. 10 years from now. They just use the existing cookbooks from previous owners and are going to weave their own magic to get higher grades in the shortest possible time. I'm amazed that anyone thinks that this is a real project risk. You surely must take as fact that the metallurgy at Nifty is well known (after more than 20 years you'd hope so). No Senate inquiry on that one.
In any event, as Bun said, these guys have the back-up of the concentrator as Barry has said repeatedly.
And why can't you simply absorb from the videos that Barry says a 2 year delay in getting cathode plated because of very long lead times for steel when they have the option to plate in 2022/23 by refurb ? That is simply the answer. They said that was the program and they are sticking to it. And you don't seem to believe that ? Well, as a shareholder, I fully endorse what they are doing. They will increase the share price by this type of action not depress it.
