As a former holder of HLX and someone who keeps an eye on it, I'm going to throw in my less than 2cents worth.
I think the low share price comes down to perception. They've been around for a very long time, and while that longevity is rare and to be admired, it fact it hasn't resulted in a producing mine may give the perception they never will.
Personally I think they've finally done that big cap raise they needed to drill aggressively, and it might be HLX time, but perceptions can be hard to overcome.
I'll keep an eye still, and if I happen to have spare cash at the right time I'll buy back in.
