I'm sure it does but then this will secure necessary operating capital until a deal can be done with the Chinese to develop what could turn out to be a world class magnetite discovery. Placement or no placement, Chinese or no Chinese, Coal or no Coal, the share price is absolutely grossly undervalued. Wake up people for god sake.........?
Well, will have to wait till someone pumps a whole heap of money into the development i guess before the penny drops. Hold and wait... hold and wait.
