I had the same thought, not sure why they only went for that amount as its a pretty low raise $$value., I dont think they would have had any prob with raising the rest considering they didnt put the offer to all shareholders.. But at least its out the way and we can hopefully see some gains to a more realistic val. At least this drop allowed a top up at 1.1.
