Ah, upon re-reading my post I just want to assure it was aimed an no one in particular. I was actually agreeing with @stzenits sentiment that lately the NVA forums have contained an awful lot of nonsense about the SP. Nothing personal against the people making the posts, but its just not what I come here wanting to see.
As for POG - totally agree its a reflection of sentiment in it of itself. However, the correlation between POG and volume and SP in junior explores is well documented, as is the lag.
