AXE is currently minus a CEO. The previous CEO, Gerard Anderson resigned after his contract ended in June this year - he held the position since 2010 - and has been the driving force. Prior to joining AXE, he was CEO of Centrex Metals where he was instrumental in building a publicly listed company and negotiating Chinese jv's for their projects in South Australia.
AXE recently appointed Paul Rix as Non-Executive Director. Rix has considerable experience in industrial minerals and was GMM at Queensland Magnesia Pty Ltd (QMAG).
