Screaming from the roof tops about the JV that gave most of or Cobalt tenements to Cobalt Bull is just more sand on the face. Wait there's more... Now AXE is buying up Cobalt tenements as it see's value in the mineral not so long after throwing them out like a hot potatoes.
So confused with this company and no wonder the market is not buying into it.
