it's not close to Cadia. Also Cadia had some high grade scarn deposits that were mined early and paid for large part of that infrastructure that is in place now.
ALK needs to find high grade core or multiple high-grade pods to make Boda feasible. At this stage Boda is right at the lower limits to be viable project. Considering capex needed to mine this deposit, risks are way too high and no one will touch it. NCM might look at it if they find higher grades on their ground and can blend additional low grades as bulk.
In short ALK must find more high grade around in order to make Boda work. Perhaps Kaiser may produce the goods. They have some interesting historic intercepts there that ALK will follow up.
