That's correct, most of the current ore being mined is from the very bottom.
If everything checks out this ore will possibly be trucked to the surface and be ran through a mobile crusher, then into the ore sorter, Hopefully not requiring the use of the underground crusher and shaft.
Maybe it's marked price sensitive due to the possibility of future capital expenditure ?
