Block buy the whole OP outstanding holding at sub .30 = an investment of around 18-20 mill.
IF funds were ever needed in the future, a cap raise at price much higher than it is now, would have yet another benefit.l, especially around the .50 mark, if large CAPEX is needed.
Would be an arb 'profit' of nearly 50%, so not a bad trade.
