That's the 3rd rig that was flagged as "coming shortly" from the start of this year.
Bullzeye fundraised in Dec last year and then 3 months in March, both times a significant portion of the funds was earmarked for fundraising (with most of the rest being used to repay short term loans from EMR). That 2nd fundraise was not fully subscribed, leaving less for drilling. With the takeover then announced mid-year, there hasn't been any incoming funds for Bullzeye since that undersubscribed march one.
I suspect that drilling slowdown is due to a lack of funds.
