biggest problem with Lucapa remains credibility, there's not much in the ann. which hasn't been said before about many targets and they come up empty.
As for negotiations with the Angolans who really thinks the Angoolies will ever give up any part of their grasp on Lulo? They have proven for years exactly what kind of chisellers they are and IMO leopards do not change their spots.
