Don’t disagree that they could prioritise increasing the maiden reserve and probably could have already done an upgrade if that was their choice but correctly so imo they’re trying to understand the entire package of land they hold. With the correct hits as they have mentioned this could be one continuous structure which would mean a larger reserve down the road.
