I clicked on the "D" in the DEG HC graph and it looks to me that two things are happening: Dip buying, and: from the bounce's direction, Sellers Remorse (sellers look at it and go, "Oh $hit... why did I..."
Some, not all, other factors to consider are the PoG (blaaah today); traders, whether momo, short term, or day.
