I don't think that is so much of a worry.

Just like the staged arrival of Fokkers from Austria and Switzerland that matched demand, the E190s are to arrive from the USA over a period of time and not al at once.

That hopefully will co-incide with a gradual opening up of Australia. The Virgin regional routes that have been stopped will, no doubt, be being looked over carefully by Alliance. Demand on these routes will take a little while to pick up, thus giving Alliance time to assess them and prepare the aircraft and flight crews.
