Some important points need to be highlighted, mostly positive:

1. We've closed the gap from 10-Dec. Unfortunately that nasty shooting star candle on 11-Dec was a high probability bearish signal for the share price.
2. We've had five red (down) candles since the high volume action on 11-Dec so maybe we're due for a bounce from here.
3. Technically undergone a triple bottom based upon the hourly chart. Possible trend reversal coming.
4. On the weekly chart we now have an inverted hammer. That's bullish but we'll most likely have a confirmed signal only if the next weekly candle opens above 8c.
5. Had a low volume sell down from 17-Dec, that's not bad.
6. The company is adequately well funded, i.e. approx. $10m cash left by next quarterly statement.
7. If I' not mistaken, we're still awaiting an update on the Itiquira Nb/REE reconnaissance program in Mato Grosso that was commenced back in September.

I've been following the trading action quite closely for the past week and there's been prop bidding and bids been pulled, etc to achieve a desired outcome. Not good but that's the way it goes with small cap stocks.

Hopefully, whatever entities are playing with the stock, have exhausted their resources.

Any positive announcement from Mato Grosso and additional good results from Calado would send this straight back to 9c-10c.
