For sure we will be cashflow positive on the operations side. That doesn't account for capex on the refurb though. The refurb of plant 1 should be cheaper though as a lot of the work is being done in house. It'll be a balancing act until the refurb is complete. Free cashflow would go into stripping the Quartz lease I'd imagine. Thai Bank loan would enable things to be sped up, but may not be essential.
