MXR no longer owns the Burbanks Mill so it has no financial influence on MXR now in terms of being an owned asset. However, having sold the Mill one of the provisions with the sale has been the agreement that MXR would have access to toll treat 5,000 tonnes of or a month for twelve months from this November with a right to renew for a further 12 months....so basically access for 24 months. Now that is worth a lot in the present circumstances.
