at the other hand if ZNC been paying for the bills without Being re-imbursed by EVM on time.
there is not much room for spending.
3.5m left in the bank wont take you that far, so cash preservation from Zenith is understandable.
since EVM owns 60% now and they call the shots, there is another 6-7 months before
they deliver the Feasibility studies.
Mick and Stan have high calibre management skills. u always have to give management the benefit of doubt.
if they been working hard on tasks that we are not aware of yet its good such as drill target for Cielo and Rio
if not , time is Ticking and whoever is responsible for the mess and delays need to be called out
