I think you will find the interest has come due to LEX's drilling success right next door to Coogee North.
Have a look at pages 12/13 of the AGM presentation from the 27th of Nov, it mentions that Vic is along strike Lex and Goldfields as well as...

suggests Archean
intrusionrelated/porphyry
system.
Copper-gold
Exploration Target
outlined north of
Coogee pit by
historical/Ramelius and
more recently by
Serena Minerals drilling"
Vic looks a very good "nearolgy play. that porphyry looks very inviting.
