This is the D3 reactivation of a permissive structure (CART) being logically put before the general impermissiveness of the D1 Foster Thrust for gold (HORSE) because it locally gets reactivated and 3 holes carry 1m at sod all. All early structures will be reactivated in areas where the stress regime and fluid flow plumbing permit it. So one would expect that the thrust has some smoke, which could be overly charitably interpreted as a reason to go wanging in more deep holes. By gum, they've reinterpreted the whole area, and turned the paradigm on its head!
This is big depths, big money exploration, and EIS funding is great until you don't got it. So, yeah, maybe Goldfields will look at it again, but they can drill their own targets.
Sure, there's only 350m to go beyond the thrust to hit good gold, on the Defiance structures, and within the dolerites. A stroll in the park!
