Unlikely - while we don't need the money, Simon will be wanting to hit each and every milestone to enhance investor confidence. Given the number of times they have reiterated DSO this year, the market won't react well to a decision to delay and if the DSO is in the money, keep shipping it until the plant is operational. The margins won't be great but I bet the market rewards us for meeting timelines and for the for $ hitting the bank.
