To a point I agree Woody but just say (hopefully not) there's a small snag with logistics of the DSO. Surely you want a little bit of wiggle room to iron everything out for when were transporting the real deal.

I 100% agree DSO originally was about the money and funding for us. For me now the DSO is 1% the money and 99% logistic/transport working. Todays announcement is great, actually awesome, but once that first lot of DSO hits the coast I think things will change rapidly. That announcement to be honest will be bigger than this one...just my thoughts.
