Based on my observation, ASX producers and near producers, most are valued at around $11,000 per annual production capacity, including PLS, CXO, and LTR, imo.

Here's my exercise,
If LLL were valued at similar as non African projects, just for the stage 1 annual production, LLL would be valued at $1.98/share; including the stage 2 expansion in around December 2025, then LLL share price would lift to $3.35/share. Then apply for additional African discount, come up with your own number.
