Fat chance! Otherwise they would not be issuing and diluting the shareholder base. The majority of shares in the last few years has been issued below 0.006! basically from 0.003 to 0.0045 from memory.
IMO it will only get worse from here. If you look at the shares that have been issued and the money that has been raised, most likely the next cap raise will be even lower.
