Hi KaranThe stock is currently very cheap as base metal explorers are out of favour and they have had mixed success at Hendrix with their exploration. The stock is very leveraged to good news on the exploration front but like all small explorers their future depends on drilling results. They will need to raise capital soon as they had $1.45 million at 30 June and they expect to spend $900k this quarter (refer June Quarter cashflow report). I view their management team as very good and they are drilling in promising country (they have had some good high grade base metal hits). In summary - very cheap at present (market cap only $5.5 million), highly leveraged to exploration success but in the absence of drilling success shareholder value will slowly be diluted away by necessary periodic capital raisings
