Waiting a raise to evaluate my level of participation, but would need a concrete plan and timeline from the cap raise to agree to more funding. Trump will reduce red tape could be a benefit for BNL - not sure if he can convince Ukraine to give up territory- I think that has a long way to go in my view. He is no guarantee to win either despite Biden issues
