Of course. These approvals just take time. Plus it's getting pretty hot for the local guys to be wandering around in the bush with RIO checking out the native title / cultural impacts. And I do wonder how badly RIO shat in their nest over that heritage site they destroyed in the Pilbara, and whether that has harmed the level of cooperation they get on other projects. Nothing that a bit of common decency and a few extra dollars won't fix though.
