Capitarn
The $10 mill was with held by Chillee - the mob that were going to fund MCO before they pulled the pin on the funding.
AUL has already negotiated with Chillee and paid out the monies to pick up the MS mine and tenements via MCO structure.
Chillee is now out of the picture.
Shandong via Minjar own a 51% stake in the RoD tenement and hence a share in the cost for exploration/drilling, mine improvements, upkeep, etc.
We are assuming that (just as Tom said in the presso) that as AUL is 2/3rd through the current drilling program that AUL would be in discussions with Shandong re reimbursement of these costs and "go forward" with this project.
We can all speculate as to what these discussions may entail, but some form of cash injection/share equity from/with Shandong could be possible and discussions are ongoing as mentioned by Tom.
Seems that there could be news on several fronts over the next few months and for all LTer's and new SH's I hope exciting times ahead for all.
Cheers The K
