Going against my Golden rule of only holding companies with solid cash levels , I still hold a small parcel here , but will exit very shortly because they have less than a quarter of cash left, and this is common knowledge.

Meaning with near 3 BILLION shares or whatever on issue and cash almost gone on the cash burn rate, they will imo anyday come out with the mother of all CRs, and in my opinion the dilution will be just too great. I believe the coming CR could be given to "so called " certain "sophs" at a very low price as a lot of CRs are being done these days by cash strapped small caps with billions upon billions of shares on issue such as PUR. From my experience of other cash strapped stocks these sophs then sell their low ball CR into the buy bids causing big falls and heavy sell pressure.

And even if the CR is directed to shareholders which I doubt, I for one would not be putting more coin here .

this view is from my opinion, going on what I have seen from many other companies in this similar position
