Not even close. Retreated from 16 cents to 8 cents last two trading days. Announcement was ACTUALLY 28 September. You'd think anyone knowing the story from whoah to go would know at least the most recent FACTS. This is the third time since 2000 the company has released info causing a share spike and subsequent capitulation.
