To be fair you are 100% right about my wrong AIS/AMI comparison. I think i probably hold a grudge against one of the remaining Directors there who was involved in the unfortunate Dargues purchase. Not sure how that ever passed muster, and they were involved, and are still there. The rest, as you indicate, have been suitably renovated.
