As we know ' true widths' are what count rather than angled widths encountered by drilling.
Yes, there will be a minimum true width worth running a stope for. I think MEP management told me once it was 2-3 metres at Eloise? (obviously grade dependent also).
I'd certainly discount anything less than 2 metres at this early stage.
