There are still some steps that need to happen to derisk the project - ML, Traditional owners, Jetty build approval etc. There's probably also a questions around funding. There's..700m (?) SOI now including options, so is it going to be equity funded (and at what price) or is it going to be financed? So, still some decisions to be made and approvals to be granted. FWIW- I don't have concerns on these, just listing what might be keeping the SP down.
