AdBlue will sort out with emergency use first of IPL urea on hand (all their 5000 tonne reserves) & then Aust can access more urea internationally by in February.
LNG prices are and have fallen.
Europe maybe still an issue. They are so desperate to head to renewables + more nuclear to replace gas baseload power and not yield to Russian pressure to sign more longterm gas supply contracts. (France, Netherlands maybe especially vehement)
Gradually the AdBlue issue will sort.
Australia is lucky to have some clout. And a small amount of domestic production of urea - although relatively uneconomic and urea is priced unbelievably highly due to LNG suppliers here atm.
Within the next years - new producers will come online here.
Longterm with “green” ammonia production - urea can be more environmentally ok and more equitable to produce.
This is what I have gleaned.
