Not sure what video you watched, but I don't think it was the same as me. If nothing else it shows Neil is very knowledgeable about all things energy and is on the pulse about lots of topics globally. He can see how conflicts and events can ripple globally. He's been in the game for a long time and knows a thing or two.
Grandis was a great pick up for us. I don't see how you can say bad management skills when Neil's the managing director, yet praise Richard at the same time. We are in great hands and in a very exciting position.
