    I fully agree with that.
And regardless of who had the idea or the contacts to initiate talks with EnergyCapture to acquire Grandis, the points I want to make are these:

    - When Neil started this business, he surrounded himself with an exceptional Board. If you want to excel you can't be the most experienced person in the room, you need external input from people who can add value to your endeavour. It is obvious that Neil acknowledged that from the very beginning.

    - Any exploration company that only has 1 or 2 projects on the go will be looking for more projects - how else would you keep the company going once one of them is completed / sold off? We are not in the "Gas Selling" business, we are in the "Gas Projects Selling" business. If we don't have projects, we don't have products to sell, we don't make money. The more projects we can successfully develop into commercial projects, the more money the business makes and the better off shareholders are. I think they have taken a balanced approach with regards to acquiring new projects. Even if we land a new project this year, we might be a bit stretched - but in the long term it will be good for the business to have a new project already on the go once Grandis is gone.
