Using a very simple metric for valuing reserves the 750k extra barrels for HZN at 30 USD per barrel for 2 p developed and producing reserves translates to 22.5 m USD of value or 32m AUD which is 2c per share. From a DCF perspective one would argue given the front loaded production profile 3-3.5c May be appropriate. Given the current SP it’s a material announcement and obviously worth more than .5-1c SP increase. This is why I think we will move to 17c soonish
