Not sure where this conversation is going but LEO only has 40% rights to a resource in Mali and is controlled by the Government and China. Wagner group and Muslim outlaws influencing Government and commercial projects. So you compare one of the best mining jurisdictions with one of the worst on earth. A DFS NPV discount that is applied is just theoretical, the real discount is applied by the market, hence the low MC of Leo.
