How a price or valuation is given to an asset? i.e house price? You will look at what price the neighbour is sold, similar houses sale price etc.
Just for interest, you don't seem have any confidence in MNS, why on earth you indicate you're a MNS holder?
If didn't have any confidence in a stock, why would you hold it?
