Don't forget in addition to the $7m cash on hand .... we have the following income flowing in :-

• approx $250k cash per quarter coming in from the Tick Hill ore dump being processed for a remaining total of approx $1.5m
• $1m cash coming in by Dec'21 from the Swedish sale plus shares to be received from an IPO company that will be saleable
• an option to sell the Tick Hill gold mine for say somewhere between $5m and $10m cash or enter into a J/V to mine it

So on a conservative basis, we could bring in a further $7m in cash during the next 12 months from the above and as such, I can't really see a requirement for raising additional cash for at least another 12 months or more.

However when that does become a requirement and depending on our success with both of our projects, we may only need relatively few shares to be issued to raise an additional $10m or $15m after which we would still have only a low number of shares on issue ... maybe circa 130m or so.

Things are certainly looking up right now ..... actions speak louder than words.
