At this very moment there are 8 lots of 200,000 shares for sale at .375 and .38.

I maintain that they are the SAME seller and that the share price is being capped while they organise finance to buy the whole company.

No evidence, just a hunch. Nothing else makes sense. I would not be surprised to see a trading halt and a gambit offer of 65c one morning.

A note to TS: A share buyback would quickly sort out this strategy and be a wise use of CFE $ to boot.
