No offence, but are you paying attention to other peoples post and or what TS has to say.
Last preso (Sep10) Cash available (135M-76M) = 59M.
We have to pay $45M USD (I think upfront to get discount), after which does not leave much in the kitty.
Therefore there will be no BB until $80M and or Assets Sales are acheived, as has been stated this is unfortunate cause these things will cause a SP hike if they occur
