The market would have been expecting this too, after Chevron wrote down their stake as pointed out by Ya earlier. It's nowhere near as much of a hit as Chevron took (as they are looking to completely exit).
So it's non-cash, anticipated, smaller than it could have been, and won't affect the dividend. I don't think it will have much effect on the SP. Coronavirus and its impact on the oil price is a far bigger concern.
