    Every point here has the word 'potential' in it. That's your glass half full or half empty word. If you're an optimist then it's great, it's wonderful. If you're a pessimist then it doesn't mean anything. The market usually sides with the latter. I think we'll need a lot more than this statement for the market to get excited unfortunately.
