    Yes it's likely a negative rental reversion if they did not disclose rent or incentive.

    However, more worringly, more office transaction evidence is coming which points to COF portfolio still being marked way above market values.

    Still believe odds are they'll cut dividend hard and/or this will need a capital raise in the next 12 months to de-lever.
