Not sure, but it wouldn't surprise me if the news boys also participated in the 1.5c/2.5c raise earlier this year... That's usually how it works.
I was always worried about the impact of these cheap shares on the potential rise. Having said that, if you believe the Namibia project will be economic, current price is cheap. Based on Cowan it's a hold now IMO.
