They need to use their remaining cash to get in there and get some initial exploration done. At least try and get some positive news out to pump the price to raise into. The way it's going, the next raise will be 0.004 or lower

The only good thing i have to say about this mob at the moment is they are at least keeping the admin costs low, in that regard they are doing very well imo. It does suggest they are serious about finding a decent resource and going mining but they're killing us the way they're going about it.
